Legal counsel and representation for businesses that bid for public contracts, from tender strategy and bid compliance to complaints, Review Appeals and High Court remedies.
Public tenders in Bangladesh are decided by documents, deadlines and procedure. Eligibility conditions, evaluation criteria and electronic submission requirements leave little margin for error, and a single technical or procedural point can decide whether a bid succeeds.
Premier Law Services advises and represents bidders in public procurement and tender matters. We help clients prepare compliant bids, protect their position during evaluation, and challenge decisions that appear to be contrary to the law or the procurement rules.
The Legal Framework
Public procurement in Bangladesh is governed by the Public Procurement Act, 2006 (as amended in 2025) and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025. The Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA) oversees the system, and most tenders are processed via the e-GP portal.
