OUR HISTORY
The firm's legal practice has its roots in 1983, when A K M Khaleque Newas Farazi established his legal chamber. In 2014, that legal practice was established under the name Premier Law Services, carrying forward the foundation and legal tradition of the earlier chamber under its new name and structure.
Today, Premier Law Services provides legal advice and representation across a broad range of practice areas, combining advisory, transactional, dispute resolution, and litigation capabilities to address the legal needs of businesses, organizations, and individuals in Bangladesh.
1983 — Foundation of the Legal Practice
A K M Khaleque Newas Farazi established his legal chamber in 1983, marking the beginning of the legal practice from which Premier Law Services later developed.
2014 — Premier Law Services
In 2014, the legal practice was established under the name Premier Law Services, carrying forward the foundation and legal tradition of the earlier chamber under its new name and structure.
Today — Continuing the Practice

Where litigation becomes necessary, our lawyers are prepared to represent clients before the courts, including the High Court.
