A K M Khaleque Newas Farazi is a partner in Premier Law Services. Sk Md Ashikuzzaman
Sk Md Ashikuzzaman was born and raised in Narail, a small district of Bangladesh. He graduated from Stamford University Bangladesh with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2012 and the following university he obtained his Master of Laws degree in 2014.
He has worked for ‘A K M Khaleque Newas Farazi and Associates’ from 2012 -2014, beginning as a probationary lawyer and advancing to junior partner with that firm. He was admitted to practice before the Dhaka Bar Association and Dhaka District Court in 2014 and Bangladesh Supreme Court in 2019.
He is one of the founding members of the law firm named ‘Premier Law Services’. He practices in the area of banking & finance law, business set-up, foreign investment, IP Laws, admiralty, labor law, administrative law, employment, taxation, corporate and commercial law, family law, immigration law and land disputes.
He is the legal consultant of ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd (Multinational Company), Vastech Limited, Agronomy Private Ltd and many other companies.
He leads a highly proficient and experienced team of lawyers and business consultants who provide advice across the established landscape of commercial law, particularly with an in-depth knowledge of the corporate, transport, aviation, energy and telecommunication sectors and Writ matters.
